Who is the VVHH?

The Dutch Shepherd Association (VVHH)

The Vereniging voor de Hollandse Herder (VVHH) is the official breed club for the Dutch Shepherd in all its varieties: short-haired, rough-haired, and long-haired. Since its founding in 1993, the association has been dedicated to the preservation, improvement, and promotion of this versatile Dutch breed.

Health and Responsible Breeding

A strong and healthy Dutch Shepherd starts with responsible breeding. The VVHH sets strict requirements for parent dogs and provides expert guidance to breeders and owners. By sharing knowledge about genetics, health, and behaviour, the association contributes to a healthy and social population of this beautiful breed.

Activities and Support

In addition to its commitment to responsible breeding, the VVHH organizes various activities for enthusiasts and owners:

• Pleasant walks and meet-ups for Dutch Shepherd owners

WDSF World Championship 2025 in the Netherlands
